1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all coaching services, energy work (including Emotion Code® sessions), and digital products offered by Seraina Tschiemer, operating under the brand Recode Your Mind, via the website www.recodeyourmind.coach.

2. Services

Recode Your Mind offers personal development services, including:

Online 1:1 coaching

Energy work (Emotion Code®)

Self-guided audio programs

These services are designed for personal growth and do not replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric diagnosis or treatment.

3. Booking & Payment

Services must be booked in advance via the website or by direct agreement.

All sessions and packages are payable in advance via the payment methods provided.

Payment plans are available for select packages and require written confirmation.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may be charged in full.

Bundles must be used within 12 months of purchase. Unused sessions will expire after that time.

5. Confidentiality

All sessions are confidential. Personal data and session notes are handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer

Coaching and energy work are complementary services and do not constitute medical advice or psychotherapy.

By booking a session, you confirm that you are mentally and physically able to participate, and you take full responsibility for your well-being.

No specific outcome can be guaranteed.

7. Liability

Recode Your Mind assumes no liability for direct or indirect outcomes of the services provided. All participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

8. Copyright

All materials, including guided audios and written content, are protected by copyright. They are for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without prior written consent.

9. Jurisdiction

All legal matters are governed by Swiss law.

The place of jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland.
