Emotion Code® is an energy healing technique that helps you release "trapped emotions" stemming from past experiences—those hidden feelings often linked to stress, anxiety, low energy, chronic pain, or emotional disconnection.

MindWellFit™ is inspired by neuroscience, mental fitness principles, and 15+ years of leadership experience - and blends these with coaching tools. Through short daily audios and optional check-ins, you’ll retrain your brain to shift from inner self-sabotage to calm confidence.
Over 6 weeks, you receive:
• daily ~12-minute audio exercises to rewire neural pathways (Monday - Friday)
• optional weekly session with me for learning and accountability
